I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect for my needs, as it was conveniently located on the highway. This made it easy for me to explore nearby cities like Florence, Pisa, and Livorno by car. The staff at this place were extremely helpful and friendly, making me feel very welcome throughout my stay. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities like air conditioning and a hairdryer. It was a pleasant surprise to find everything in working order, unlike some other places I have stayed at.

Families looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay should definitely consider this hotel.

Breakfast was ok, easily reachable by car, free parking, free internet that was working fine.

The bathroom was smelly, but I guess that's just normal for Italian hotels. The room was very small, but we didn't expect it to be anything else. Poorly soundproofed rooms, you could hear your neighbors talking or watching tv. And under these circumstances the hotel staff chooses to crowd people in neighboring rooms even if the hotel is almost empty. That is something I would never understand.

The restaurant was pleasant. Parking nearby was provided. A nice place for exploring Pontedera. Perfect for trip...

Located close to the fi-pi-li highway, this hotel lacks any public transport connections to the city centre or nearby attractions. However, it has comfortable rooms, spacious bathrooms, and excellent room service. Breakfast is adequate with a wide variety of options, but the view is not remarkable. The hotel's close proximity to the motorway and the sea is an advantage for travellers who come by car.

The hotel's location makes it difficult to explore the city centre without a car.

Easy to park

The internet did not work, the bedside table was dusty, there was no hot water from the sink tap. When I went down for breakfast there was nothing. A group of Japanese tourists had probably eaten everything. As I was checking out, I complained to the lady at the reception and she asked me ironically whether I had something against japanese people. Clearly this was not the issue, I just wanted to have my breakfast!. No additional explanation no apology, she just took care of utilizing my credit card. It is very unfortunate that a 4 star hotel has problems of this nature. Sometimes users are really undefended. It is at least good that we can speak upt hrough this system.

The staff was very helpfull and friendly. The rooms were clean, eveything worked.. Airco hairdryer etc(not like other places where ive been).. From the hotel we could easily(by car) visit, firenze, pisa, livorno.. It was also very convenient that it was located next to the autogrill where they serve very nice coffee, they also have a restaurant

The only negative thing was that the hotel is located on the main road, super strada, and when you arrive there on the other side(across) you are obligated to drive all the way around to reach the hotel. Its about 12 kilometers I guess..so keep that in mind

Great staff and delicious food are the best aspects. Rooms always clean, equipped with what is needed. The hotel is in a good location, easy to move around and next to a highway with different options for food.

The hotel is along the highway, which may be inconvenient for some people, there is no public transportation nearby. The gym equipment is outdated and almost unusable.

Cannot find any fault.

The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed. We also enjoyed the quiet location of the hotel, which was great for a peaceful weekend getaway. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of foods to choose from, including freshly brewed coffee that was a real treat.

We were disappointed by the lack of cleanliness in our room when we arrived. The wet floor mats were a real turn-off.
